My stay at the hotel was delightful. The rooms were large and comfortable, with excellent bathroom facilities, including a freestanding bath. The service was extremely polite and helpful. The location was fabulous, within a few minutes' walk of the town center. The dining experience offered outstanding choice, quality, and service. Overall, a great value for money.

The hotel is super centrally located in Harrogate, close to everything the town has to offer. The rooms are a bit noisy from the bar above, needed some maintenance, but overall a decent stay. The service was friendly and helpful, though improvements could be made in the kitchen. The dining experience was good but had some issues. The location is fantastic with great views and convenient for exploring. Overall, a mixed experience with some positives and negatives.
